The museum has a small exhibit on the Civil War and a sign on the C.S.S. David, as well as exhibits on Francis Marion, the Revolutionary War and the Fair Lawn Fort (which is on the property) as well as a small gift shop. It is the only place I have seen the small book about Battery Warren for sale. It is in the Old Santee Canal Park which charges a five-dollar entry fee. The museum is free, but a five-dollar donation is suggested. In front of the museum is a replica of the C.S.S. David.
