This post includes pictures taken mostly from the water on a commercial tour from Georgetown, SC to North Island across Winyah Bay. The tour is marketed as a shelling tour but from the water on the way there and back we passed the wreck of the Harvest Moon (separate post), the Cat Island Fort, Battery White, and saw a bald eagle.

The next several images are of the bayside wall of the Cat Island Fort and the bald eagle flying over it!
